All suppliers will see details of your wedding plan for example number of guests and location, however only a few suppliers that have paid a small fee and meet your requirements will see your personal details. This will prevent you from being contacted by suppliers who are not available for your wedding date.

To help give you an indication of hour much each supplier should cost, we have provided some guidance on each supplier category when using our quote form.

When a supplier contacts you, we would recommend that you complete further checks as you normally would with any supplier and we would recommend a face to face meeting or phone call to discuss your requirements in further detail.

So that you do not get bombarded with quotes, we will limit the responses to 3 suppliers per supplier category that you select. Should the initial responses you receive not be what you are looking for, you will have the ability to 'Decline' the offer from that supplier and this will provide the opportunity for a new supplier to contact you regarding your request in that category.

Hassle Free Wedding Suppliers are paying a small fee for your wedding requirements so we ask that your requests are kept up to date so that this doesn't happen. If you have found your supplier elsewhere you can update the HFW portal to remove this request and this will prevent you being contacted by suppliers when it is not required.

Yes, you can edit your request at anytime via your online portal.

Your request will remain live until such time you mark it as complete, delete it or your wedding day has passed. It is important that you mark your request as complete if you have found a wedding supplier otherwise it is likely you will still be contacted by Hassle Free Wedding Suppliers.

Whilst there are many wedding suppliers in our database, we cannot guarantee that each request is responded to. We will always endeavor to ensure that your request has been seen by our suppliers and we would always request that you allow time for suppliers to review your details and ensure they are the right fit for your big day.

As with any supplier selected through any website, directories or other means, there is always a possibility that the supplier will let you down. It is important that you complete your own diligent checks on any supplier you choose for your wedding.

Your details will be retained within our supplier listing up until the date of your wedding at which point they will be removed. The Hassle Free Weddings team will retain your details only for as long as necessary. You can request to have your details removed at any time.

Our integrated planning tools are available to all Brides and Grooms once they have requested quotes from weddings suppliers using our online quote tool. The planning tools are available in your personal online portal once you have successfully registered for access. You will be prompted to do this at the end of using our quoting service. This is completely FREE of charge.
