Payment terms
This section sets out our fees and payment terms for the Hassle Free Weddings Service which should be read in conjunction with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
Lead Credit: Whether promotional or paid, allows you to purchase 1 wedding request per 1 credit.
Wedding Request (Job Lead): Contact details of brides and grooms with all relevant details supplied about their wedding and requested services within your selected supplier category.
2. Our fees
Bride and Grooms – Use of the Service is free for Brides and Grooms.
Wedding Suppliers – To access the Service is free of charge however we charge a fee for each Wedding Request (Job Lead) that a Wedding Supplier wants to provide a quote for.
Job Leads
Wedding Suppliers will get access to bride and grooms “wedding requests” that match your specified supplier Category. Each suggested lead will include the Bride and Grooms job description, estimated budget and location of work. Each lead will be purchased at a standard fee that you agreed when selecting your Category. The fee is to provide you with the necessary information for you to contact the Bride and Groom so you can provide a quote.
The price of a Job Lead (wedding request) is fixed based on the supplier Category that you signed up to. For the avoidance of doubt, Job Leads provide you with the necessary Bride and Groom information to enable you to contact the relevant Bride and Groom and tender for their job. However, Bride and Grooms are free to select whom they like or even not to proceed with any particular job, so there is no guarantee that you will in fact be hired for that job or any other. You are only permitted to use the Bride and Groom information for the purpose of providing a quote for the applicable Wedding Request and your use of any Bride and Groom information we provide to you is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Lead Credits will be offered to purchase in quantities of 10, 20 and 30 bundles. Each bundle of credits will give a specific promotional offer associated to the purchase and each lead credit is subject to the category that you have signed up to.
The lead credit bundle is offered in the following formats
Purchase 10 credits > Receive 10 Credits
Purchase 20 credits > Receive 25 credits
Purchase 30 credits > Receive 40 credits
We may also offer you Lead Credits on a discretionary basis or to purchase from time to time. All Lead Credits are made available subject to the following terms and conditions:
Lead Credits may be applied only against the cost of purchasing Job Leads on the Service.
- Lead Credits are personal and may not be transferred to any other person.
- Lead Credits are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and you are not entitled to any refund for any unused Lead Credits except as specifically set out immediately below.
- We may decide to suspend or terminate the Lead Credit scheme at any time. However, if we terminate the Lead Credit scheme and you have unexpired Lead Credits at that time, we will at our discretion allow you to use them or refund you the amount you paid for them.
3. Bills and payments
We accept payments by paypal only. For your convenience (and to keep our costs to a minimum) we take payments automatically using continuous payment authorities. Statements are available to you via the Hassle Free Portal which set out the total amount you have paid to us to purchase Lead Credits in the previous month.
If your payment details change, you must update your payment method immediately and so that no failure of payment is made.

4. Payment terms
When paying bills, it’s important that your card details are valid and that you have sufficient funds available. If you purchase Lead Credits, payment will be taken at the time of purchase.
In the event that a payment fails we’ll ask you to provide updated payment details or make arrangements to pay via an alternative method.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Please get straight in touch with us if you are in any way unsure about an amount that has been charged to your card. In the event we find a payment has been taken in error we’ll refund the amount promptly to your paypal account.
We reserve the right to review our fees from time to time. Any changes to these Payment Terms will be posted on this Website.
