You will be given the details of the Bride/Groom that submitted the request and all of their submitted information about their wedding and you will be able to contact them through the Hassle Free portal or via your own communication means.
No. The portal is there for your convenience and is designed for you to store all communication against that lead but it is your choice as to your preferred method of contact.
This will vary depending on category, location, budget and seasonality.
No, you can purchase as many leads as you like, as long as you have sufficient credits in your account to purchase the leads.
£2.50 per credit which will allow you to purchase 1 lead.
You will not receive a refund for any purchase. As with any lead or enquiry, it is not guaranteed that this will convert into a sale. The Bride and Groom are free to select their suppliers from any source and whilst we ask our Brides and Grooms to update their quotes/requests, we cannot guarantee that each lead you purchase hasn't already been fulfilled elsewhere.
Try widening your search parameters to allow lower/higher budgets, different dates and/or locations. If you are still not seeing any active leads, please recheck on a regular basis. Whilst we have national coverage of Brides and Grooms, we cannot predict the volume of requests that will be entered at any given time in your specified category.
Hassle Free Credits allow you to purchase the details of the bride and groom that have specifically requested services in your supplier category.
Yes. Each Hassle Free Credit will entitle you to purchase one bride and groom lead.
In your personal supplier portal, there is an option to "purchase HFW credits". You can pay for credits using pay pal or your debit/credit cards. Once purchased, this will be added to your account profile.
As long as you are an active subscription payer Hassle Free Credits do not expire.
Yes, however you will be required to purchase separate Hassle Free Credits for each active Category.
To ensure there is an even playing field and that each supplier gets a fair chance on converting the lead into a sale, we limit each bride and groom request to 3 suppliers per category.
